E - Files: Statt up og dansa!

Have you ever heard of a site called Gaiaonline before?

It basically is an online hangout with games and message boards where you create a your own character and dress it up the way you want and whatever. I have an account in that place, and this is what it looked like a few months ago. At college, we were asked by our GD teacher to draw anything we wanted, as our very first exercise for that class and whatnot, and so, I decided to draw my dobby ol' Gaia avatar... isn't she a cutie? Ò u Ó
It took me ages to get some of those items, since they were somewhat expensive, but, once I finally got them, I was able to achieve the look I was going for: a kind of cheerful venice dancer... think of Cirque du Soleil, yes? I really like how my baby looks!

I don't go much there anymore, I don't find that site as amusing as I did back then, nor do I have much time to post there anymore, but it was nice while it lasted and I was certainly happy to draw my Gaia avatar for once c:

This one took about 4 days to finish, because I had an enormous amount of homework/college projects to do by that time. Those were some oozhassny days, but I think the hard work paid off.

Technique: 48x35 canvas. I drew all of it. Using Paper Mate's Medium Marker (0.5mm) and uni-ball micro deluxe pen in black for small details. Everything is hand-colored; using Prismacolor Professional colors. Also, I just added the photoshop background today; this was my very first shot at creating a CG background c:

Quicktime, sire ~

Once again.
Quickie time, ladies and gentleman:

Took about 2 days to finish, because I am that lazy and couldn't stay focused on it for more than 15 minutes each time (same as the last quickie drawing, basically).

Technique: I drew all of it. Using uni-ball mic. Everything is hand-colored; using Prismacolor Professional colors.

It is time for a quickie!

Ok, so here it quickly goes:
I am:

-Going back to college tomorrow.
-Frustrated because of the above statement.
-Trying to finish some projects within my deadlines.
-Trying not to chop my own head off (think of the mess that would imply, and the time it would take to clean up. And I have certainly got no time for that right now!)
-Trying to sort a way out on how to use lace in a painting.
-Thinking about a way to make more money. Possibly starting my own business.
-Wishing for some rain.
-Annoyingly trying to get some practice on Dev C++

And so, and keeping up with the whole 'quickie' theme, here, plase take a look at another quickie (drawing, that is) I made for a friend a while ago:
